Unless otherwise noted, our  brand of Crystal Havaianas are 3/4" thick. Please allow us 10 business days to process your order. Since they are custom-made at the time of your order, returns or exchanges are not allowed unless they are defective. If you receive a defective pair, Please notify us immediately ,absolutley no later than 3 days after receipt of your order.
