What are nailheads?
Nailheads are flat shiny metallic dots. Depending on the amount of shine you want you can choose from the shiny metallic nail heads or the matt metallic... most of our boy designs are made using a matt metallic nailhead.
What are Swarovski crystals?
The Swarovski crystal stone has more facets than a Korean crystal, therefore making it superior in quality and shine. No doubt, that when comparing the two crystals, the swarovski crystal wins in appearance and quality every time. The only down side of this crystal is that it is more expensive than the other.
What's so special about Swarovski crystals?
For over a century, Swarovski has supplied the world with superior crystals enjoyed and admired by millions worldwide. Daniel Swarovski founded the company in the mid 1890's after inventing a glass cutting machine and launching the world's first hydroelectric glass cutting factory. With this state of the art machinery, Swarovski was able to produce their crystals using precise optical techniques that no other competitor can duplicate even today. With their unique crystal cutting techniques and patent machinery, Swarovski dominates the full lead crystal market by holding on to approximately 70% of the market share.

Swarovski offers a wide range of colors and special coatings, bonded chemically to the outer surface of the beads, for a brilliant effect and the widest variety of finishes available. Austrian Swarovski crystal also contains approximately 32% lead. Full lead crystal must contain above 30% lead oxide content in order to be consider full lead crystal.

How are your clothes made?
All of our clothes are made out of 100% cotton. Our infant garments are made out of baby rib cotton, giving a cozy, soft feel and a stretchy, durable wear.

The embellishments used are either swarovski crystals (the best shine you can get) or nailheads (used on every boy design). These are applied using an industrial heat press that firmly presses them into the fabric at the manufacturers recommended temperature and pressure.
How do I care for my garment?
All of our garments can be machine washed inside out (to prevent the stones/embellishments from scratching) and tumbled dry low.

***Please do not use any bleach, for this can affect the adhesive glue on the stones.
Will the stones come off?
The application used to apply these stones (heat press) gives the best and strongest attachment available. With proper care, the embellishments should last the lifetime of the garment.
What if the garment I purchase is not the correct size?
When purchasing items please take time to check out the size descriptions given so that you can make your best purchase. If upon receiving your garment, it doesn't fit... send it back to us (with the tag still in place and in the original condition it was purchased) and we will gladly exchange it for you with another size.
Can I return my garment?
*Due to the majority of our items being custom made, we will not be able to accept returns on items that are handcrafted or personalized. If an item arrives damaged, please report to the shipping service provider. Save all of the packaging materials as it was shipped ot you. All claims need to be handled through the shipping provider.

* Please DO NOT send anything back until you have contacted us first and have a RA# for a return.

We will except EXCHANGES up to 14 days after the purchase date. Once we receive the item we will apply the credit (minus the shipping) INTO AN ELECTRONIC GIFT CERTIFICATE. Items must be in the original condition that they were purchased and all tags must still be attached. Any items returned to us that have already been washed, used, or damaged in any way, will be returned back to the customer at the customers expense. This excludes any custom or crystal items. No returns accepted!!
After 14 days of purchase we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or credits.
All crystal items may not appear exactly as shown ,since each item is custom done for each customer. We try our very best to duplicate exactly but it is sometimes difficult, since our suppliers sometimes change their goods without notice.At BBC we always guarantee quality and great workmanship.
We do not allow any returns on our sale items. All discounted items are final once purchased. All custom or personallized items are NOT RETURNABLE ,They are FINAL SALE !!!!

I would love to personalize a garment. Do you customize?
Absolutely! We would be happy to create a design for you. Custom designs are priced in terms of the artworks amount of detail. Artwork set up fees will range from $10-$45 per design. Once you pay this fee, you may order the design again and only pay for the design (you will not be charged a set up fee again), and best of all you can have your design placed on any size and any garment you like!

**Please allow 7-10 days for custom designs to be shipped (once artwork is created).
