Return Policy
*Due to the majority of our items being custom made, we will not be able to accept returns on items that are handcrafted or personalized. If an item arrives damaged, please report to the shipping service provider. Save all of the packaging materials as it was shipped ot you. All claims need to be handled through the shipping provider. * Please DO NOT send anything back until you have contacted us first and have a RA# for a return. Upon our discretion .....please read........*****note not on wholesale orders******* We will except EXCHANGES up to 14 days after the purchase date. Once we receive the item we will apply the credit (minus the shipping) INTO AN ELECTRONIC GIFT CERTIFICATE. Items must be in the original condition that they were purchased and all tags must still be attached. Any items returned to us that have already been washed, used, or damaged in any way, will be returned back to the customer at the customers expense. This excludes any custom or crystal items. No returns accepted!! Absolutley no returns on wholesale orders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After 14 days of purchase we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or credits. All crystal items may not appear exactly as shown ,since each item is custom done for each customer. We try our very best to duplicate exactly but it is sometimes difficult, since our suppliers sometimes change their goods without notice.At BBC we always guarantee quality and great workmanship. We do not allow any returns on our sale items. All discounted items are final once purchased. All custom or personallized items are NOT RETURNABLE ,They are FINAL SALE !!!! |
